- Build production-grade internal tooling, automation frameworks, bots, services, CLIs, and self-service developer platforms using Go or Python.
- Design software solutions that address future scalability and architectural bottlenecks in a global Kubernetes platform.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers and serve as a technical authority and escalation point.
- Advance infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform and Crossplane.
- Debug service failures across AWS/EKS, Linux, and ArgoCD; lead root-cause analysis and implement preventive fixes.
- Modernize legacy CI/CD pipelines by building GitHub Actions workflows, custom actions, and self-hosted runner infrastructure.
- Improve observability, platform efficiency, developer onboarding, deployment frequency, reliability, and cloud infrastructure costs.

- Experience implementing and maintaining observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, or Thanos.
- Demonstrated success optimizing cluster topology and platform architecture for performance and cost efficiency.
- Ability to demonstrate measurable outcomes such as reduced onboarding time, lower MTTR, reduced cloud costs, or improved deployment reliability.
- Experience migrating legacy CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or TeamCity to GitHub Actions workflows, including custom actions, API integration, and self-hosted runners.
- Experience managing container registries such as Harbor or Artifactory.
- Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools and practices is expected.
