Base Salary
$210k - $234k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of platforms, tools, and applications for the Information Systems team.
- Engage in hands-on software development using modern methodologies.
- Align team roadmaps with product requirements and mission needs.
- Own the end-to-end software development process from concept to delivery.
- Design overall information systems architecture and make technology selection decisions.
- Adapt to changing company needs by taking on various responsibilities.
- Define metrics aligned with company goals to drive team performance.
- Collaborate closely with other internal teams and departments.
Requirements
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as Python and Javascript.
- Experience with database technologies like SQL/NoSQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Proficiency in developing and optimizing REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with new challenges.
