Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features spanning the user interface and backend.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems affecting multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to align efforts and deliver project goals on time.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate and improve development processes to increase team productivity and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of backend development, RESTful APIs, and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies for scalable applications.
- Ability to work in agile development environments and use version control systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
