Base Salary
$88k - $203k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, code, and support software solutions addressing complex business needs.
- Build containerized applications, create container images, and deploy applications to Red Hat OpenShift.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable enterprise application delivery.
- Work with Spark, Trino, Airflow, and Iceberg in data-platform environments.
- Use Kubernetes concepts and Helm or templated Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments from an application perspective.
- Lead complex problem-solving and provide technical guidance and support to colleagues.
- Prepare required technical and procedural documentation and advance software development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
- Strong experience deploying or running applications on Red Hat OpenShift and creating container images.
- Strong experience with Spark, Trino, Airflow, and Iceberg.
- Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts from an application perspective.
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
- Experience with Helm or templated Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
