Responsibilities
- Design and own the architecture of AI-enhanced software products using Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, and other cloud services and frameworks.
- Apply LLMs, cognitive services, NLP APIs, and related technologies to solve customer problems in production.
- Lead customer workshops and technical discussions with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Architect scalable data pipelines and APIs for intelligent production features.
- Guide, coach, and develop engineers while shaping applied AI engineering practices and team delivery.
- Represent the company’s applied AI expertise through client relationships, knowledge-sharing, and community engagement.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on and architectural software engineering experience with technologies such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Independent production experience applying AI services, including LLMs, NLP APIs, or cognitive services.
- Experience designing and deploying AI-driven features at production scale on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of data processing, APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and software architecture.
- Ability to guide, coach, and develop engineers and take responsibility for team delivery and satisfaction.
- Confidence representing the company independently with customers.
- Fluency in German and English.
