Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored technical demonstrations of the Lucid platform to prospects and enterprise executives.
- Conduct technical discovery to identify customer pain points and develop business-value narratives.
- Lead customer pilots and onsite workshops, including technical success criteria, ROI definition, and training.
- Serve as a product subject matter expert for internal sales teams and external customers.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable input for the product roadmap.
- Improve Solutions Engineering operations by developing reusable assets and scalable practices.
- Travel for customer onsite engagements and industry conferences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or in a similar customer-facing enterprise role.
- Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, active-listening, and technical communication skills.
- Ability to adapt presentations, lead fluid customer discussions, and explain complex technical concepts in terms of business value.
- Action-oriented, collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
- Willingness to travel for customer onsite engagements and industry conferences.
- Preferred: experience with process strategy and design, process improvement, process mapping and modeling, or APQC frameworks.
- Preferred: experience with process execution, process mining tools, or process automation solutions.
- Preferred: experience with enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Preferred: hands-on coding, advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling, or other technical software tools experience.
- Preferred: fluency in a major European language; German is a strong plus.
