Responsibilities
- Own technical relationships and engagement plans for assigned SHI partners.
- Develop joint technical strategies supporting customer acquisition, expansion, renewals, and platform adoption.
- Deliver technical enablement, coach Partner SEs, and create repeatable workshops, field guidance, and technical assets.
- Lead discovery aligned to customer pain, impact, urgency, decision criteria, and technical requirements.
- Architect and validate solutions across Darktrace capabilities and hybrid, multicloud, and existing security environments.
- Advise on deployment, integrations, performance, coverage, architectural tradeoffs, demonstrations, evaluations, and proofs of value.
- Support opportunity qualification, technical win plans, pipeline reviews, account planning, blocker removal, and technical handoffs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Success, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Experience in solutions engineering, presales, partner engineering, technical account management, or a related customer-facing cybersecurity or SaaS role; experience with SHI is a plus.
- Ability to enable technical audiences, influence stakeholders, and support new-business and expansion motions.
- Strong knowledge of networking, AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern security architectures.
- Experience with SOC technologies and workflows, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, and complex hybrid environments.
- Ability to design solutions, deliver demonstrations, guide evaluations, and communicate technical and business value.
- Strong facilitation, communication, analytical, consultative-selling, and business-acumen skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partner and customer priorities with urgency and ownership.
- Fundamental understanding of AI technologies, including LLM, ML, and NLP.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant cloud, security, and AI certifications are a plus.
