Responsibilities

Advocate for quality in software and products, emphasizing early risk mitigation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout product evolution.
Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential risks.
Suggest improvements to code, tests, and testing tools.
Examine end-to-end processes to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Contribute to the development of a reliable automated testing suite.
Adapt team approaches based on industry standards and regulations.
Coach clients to adopt a quality mindset.
Promote QA expertise within the tech community and mentor junior QAs.

Experience as a Quality Analyst within a development team.
Familiarity with agile practices, code management, and deployment strategies.
Knowledge of TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and testing models.
Ability to suggest changes to enhance quality in both on-premise and cloud architectures.
Experience in functional and cross-functional testing, including performance and security.
Proficiency in leveraging metrics to improve deployment and recovery processes.
Capability to design and produce quality strategies for the team.
Understanding of user experience and research methodologies.
