Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and ship multimodal AI agents that drive business impact for essential service companies.
- Work directly with enterprise stakeholders to map workflows and deploy Netic’s product.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle from design and implementation through rollout, deployment, success measurement, and iteration.
- Build reliable systems supporting thousands of concurrent interactions with strong performance.
- Run rapid experiments with text and voice models, including evaluation, fine-tuning, live A/B testing, and iteration.
- Identify cross-customer patterns and opportunities to inform product and engineering roadmaps.
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining production systems with Python, including asyncio and FastAPI, and TypeScript, including Node and React.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, text-to-speech and speech APIs, model fine-tuning, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, and evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to meet SLAs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize systems for speed and reliability at scale.
- Experience building production monitoring and debugging systems across cloud infrastructure and databases.
- Comfort engaging directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, understand edge cases, and deliver fast solutions.
- Must be a new graduate available to start between winter 2026 and summer 2027; earlier availability is preferred.
