Base Salary

$175k - $185k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom APEX classes, triggers, and batch jobs.
  • Build modern user interfaces using Lightning Web Components and Aura components.
  • Configure and optimize Sales Cloud features including Opportunities and Leads.
  • Design and implement REST API integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce–HubSpot bi-directional data sync.
  • Integrate Salesloft with Salesforce for activity capture and reporting.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Salesforce architecture.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align on solution approaches.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and produce solution design documents.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions.
  • Participate in Agile delivery team ceremonies and planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and consulting experience.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification is required.
  • Deep expertise in APEX and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience designing REST API integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot–Salesforce integration.
  • Practical experience integrating Salesloft with Salesforce.
  • Strong proficiency with Bitbucket and Git-based workflows.
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data and security models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and eligible for visa sponsorship.
