Base Salary
$175k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom APEX classes, triggers, and batch jobs.
- Build modern user interfaces using Lightning Web Components and Aura components.
- Configure and optimize Sales Cloud features including Opportunities and Leads.
- Design and implement REST API integrations with third-party platforms.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce–HubSpot bi-directional data sync.
- Integrate Salesloft with Salesforce for activity capture and reporting.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Salesforce architecture.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align on solution approaches.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and produce solution design documents.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions.
- Participate in Agile delivery team ceremonies and planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and consulting experience.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification is required.
- Deep expertise in APEX and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience designing REST API integrations with third-party platforms.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot–Salesforce integration.
- Practical experience integrating Salesloft with Salesforce.
- Strong proficiency with Bitbucket and Git-based workflows.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data and security models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and eligible for visa sponsorship.
