Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and schedulers while administering and maintaining the Salesforce org.
- Build responsive user interfaces with Lightning Web Components and Aura components.
- Configure and optimize Sales Cloud features including Opportunities, Leads, Contracts, and Campaigns.
- Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Gong, HubSpot, and Salesloft.
- Manage Salesforce–HubSpot bidirectional data synchronization and Salesloft activity capture, sequence management, and reporting.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata across sandbox and production environments.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and advise cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops, create solution design documents and data flow diagrams, and define integration specifications.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance best practices are followed.
- Maintain technical documentation, API contracts, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and release planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development and consulting experience in enterprise environments.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification is required.
- Deep expertise in Apex, including classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience designing and implementing REST API integrations with third-party platforms.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot–Salesforce integration, including data synchronization, lifecycle stage mapping, and field-level configuration.
- Experience integrating Salesloft with Salesforce for sales engagement tracking and reporting.
- Strong proficiency with Bitbucket and Git-based version control workflows.
- Experience building and maintaining Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Copado, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, and governor limits.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
