Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support of Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions in partnership with product owners, architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership for contact center, servicing, agent experience, and digital engagement platform enhancements.
  • Guide integrations involving Enterprise APIs, MuleSoft, AWS services, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, technical design sessions, code reviews, production support, deployment planning, and release execution.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and coordinate resolution across Salesforce, integration, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
  • Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams, manage dependencies and risks, and support roadmap delivery.
  • Drive Salesforce governance, best practices, security requirements, regulatory controls, and DevOps processes.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance across the Salesforce delivery organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
  • Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components/LWC, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce platform architecture.
  • Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with offshore development teams and distributed delivery models.
  • Experience with MuleSoft, Enterprise APIs, and REST/SOAP-based integrations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps processes, Git and source control, CI/CD pipelines, deployment and release management, environment strategy, and governance.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred Salesforce certifications include Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Service Cloud Consultant, and Financial Services Cloud Accreditation.
  • Preferred experience includes Service Cloud Voice, Salesforce Contact Center/SCC-AC, Digital Engagement, CTI integrations, IVR technologies, AWS contact center architectures, and consumer banking or servicing platforms.
