Base Salary
$124k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve applications supporting network automation initiatives.
- Build and enhance full-stack features using modern web technologies and service-oriented backends.
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Implement and operate resilient, observable, reliable, secure, and performant software solutions.
- Apply CI/CD, test-driven development, and secure coding practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and stakeholder groups to deliver production-quality improvements.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools for code generation, refactoring, test creation, and documentation while maintaining quality, security, and correctness.
Requirements
- Strong application development skills across more than one technology and familiarity with multiple design techniques and patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, React, and Python for scripting and automation.
- Proficiency with tools for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within at least one common framework.
- Understanding of CI/CD, test-driven development, cloud development, application resiliency, and security.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
- Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, and production delivery skills.
- Django and/or FastAPI experience is preferred.
