Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications and integrations to meet business process and application requirements.
- Conduct SAP platform and technology assessments and recommend improvements to architecture, design, deployment, performance, and operations.
- Identify and analyze interfaces and integration flows using SAP BTP Integration Suite, CPI, CPI-DS, Open Connectors, and API Management.
- Work with SAP Event Mesh, Open Connectors, API Management, value mappings, message mappings, adapters, and integration patterns.
- Define integration strategies and design patterns during project blueprinting and apply integration decision trees and design frameworks.
- Integrate SAP S/4 with Ariba, Concur, Azure Data Lake, EWM, and other enterprise systems.
- Apply OAuth, certificates, and other security mechanisms to integrations.
- Drive automation, scalability, seamless integration, high availability, and operational excellence across SAP solutions.
- Share knowledge of current technologies, including generative AI, across SAP solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is stated as required; the posting also states requirements of 13+ years overall experience and 15 years of SAP BTP Integration Suite experience.
- Thorough knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite and relevant experience with SAP BTP and SAP PI-PO integrations.
- Experience with SAP BTP/CPI Integration Suite, CPI-DS, Open Connectors, API Management, and SAP Event Mesh.
- Knowledge of OAuth, certificates, value mappings, message mappings, adapters, REST, messaging, SOAP services, and events.
- Architecture experience with design patterns, integration strategy, blueprinting, integration decision trees, and design frameworks.
- Knowledge of standard connections between SAP S/4 and systems such as Ariba, Concur, Azure Data Lake, and EWM.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, strategic thinking, client-focused articulation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
