Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack applications, AI agents, and platform components for GenAI development, validation, and deployment.
- Build developer tooling, CI/CD, observability, evaluations, canary releases, rollout and rollback capabilities, and cost and quality telemetry.
- Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices, including threat modeling and least privilege.
- Use RAG, retrieval, routing, tool use, and evaluations to improve AI system reliability, speed, trust, safety, and cost.
- Drive architecture, deliver larger projects, mentor less experienced engineers, and collaborate with product, UX, and domain experts.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack development and cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise in at least one and proficiency across AI agent development and evaluation, backend, frontend, cloud services, CI/CD and infrastructure as code, site reliability engineering, quality engineering, and secure SDLC/privacy by design.
- Proven ability to deliver secure, reliable, cloud-native systems to production.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Preferred experience taking AI agents from concept to production, including safety evaluations, iterative testing, and continuous improvement.
- Preferred experience with LangChain/LangGraph, MCP, vector/RAG systems, OpenSearch, traditional ML, fine-tuning, model adaptation, and regulatory frameworks such as SOC2 and HIPAA.
