Responsibilities
- Lead technical project discussions, system design, development, and testing.
- Build and implement regulatory solutions in partnership with global technology and business teams.
- Design and execute large-scale migrations from legacy on-premises systems to cloud-native platforms.
- Develop secure, scalable, highly available real-time distributed and event-processing systems.
- Define and enforce development processes, standards, and best practices.
- Build AI-first user interfaces with generative features, streaming LLM responses, and multi-agent workflows.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, analyze performance metrics, optimize initiatives, and report results.
- Provide technical leadership and guide engineering teams effectively.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing and implementing real-time distributed processing systems and event-processing architectures.
- Experience architecting large-scale migrations to cloud-based Lakehouse environments, preferably on AWS.
- Experience with near-real-time transactional systems and NoSQL databases, including Kafka and Elasticsearch.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, managed services, and containerization with tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building secure, highly available, and scalable systems in large enterprise organizations.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java and experience developing, testing, and maintaining production-ready code.
- Experience with AI/ML-based software systems, retrieval-augmented generation, model fine-tuning, and multi-agent systems.
- Experience with LangGraph or CrewAI and AI-first interfaces incorporating streaming LLM responses and Model Context Protocol.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Senior Technical Lead focused on cloud-native development or platform engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
