Responsibilities
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions and define system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
- Analyze and resolve high-impact problems involving complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Design and develop Oracle EBS application solutions that adhere to enterprise architecture standards.
- Establish coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
- Perform in-depth analysis, define issues, and develop innovative technical solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed.
- Assess and manage technology and business risks while supporting compliance and control requirements.
- Use AI-assisted and automated development tools to improve code quality, delivery velocity, reliability, security, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis is required.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects, with demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.2.9, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payables, and Project Accounting.
- Strong experience with AOL, PL/SQL, PL/SQL JSON, Shell Scripting, and RICE components.
- Strong experience with XML and XML/BI Publisher, Oracle Workflows, Oracle Forms, and Reports.
- Experience with Oracle Application Framework, SOAP, and RESTful web services.
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly and communicate clearly and concisely in writing and verbally.
- Ability to apply professional judgment when using AI-generated outputs, ensuring accuracy, security, and maintainability.
