
IGA Engineer

- Design, implement, deploy, and support enterprise IAM and IGA platforms, architectures, integrations, and frameworks.
- Implement and customize IAM workflows, forms, rules, provisioning, and access certifications.
- Onboard third-party and cloud applications using federation protocols inside and outside the IGA platform.
- Evaluate applications for role-based access control and identify identity governance data and process improvements.
- Lead or manage IGA engineering projects and teams and drive identity management strategy across the enterprise.
- Support security controls involving Active Directory, mainframe systems, desktop computers, and remote access.
- Maintain security governance, policies, audit approvals, and access controls for business groups, products, and security access types.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
- At least 2 years of experience implementing IAM products such as Saviynt, SailPoint, or Okta.
- At least 2 years of experience leading IGA engineering projects and teams.
- Experience with access administration, directory services, SAML, LDAP, PKI, RBAC, SCIM, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Programming experience with PowerShell and SQL, plus computer networking and Windows, UNIX, or Linux fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical issues to non-IAM teams.
- Preferred experience with additional identity governance, SSO, MFA, federation, PAM, directory, virtual directory, and ServiceNow integration solutions.
- Preferred experience with IAM process design, PBAC, separation of duties, risk-based access controls, executive stakeholder presentations, and CISSP, CISA, or CISM certification.
