Software Engineer (Payment Network) - Global Payment - Singapore Open - Global Payment

- Design and develop scalable, maintainable backend systems and distributed architectures.
- Write, review, debug, and document clean, efficient code.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute software development lifecycle tasks through high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into actionable tasks.
- Research and adopt emerging technologies to improve system performance and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Java, Go, C++, C#, or Python.
- Proven experience in backend development and distributed systems architecture.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and backend infrastructure.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a large-scale internet business is preferred.
- Experience with payment systems or financial transaction processing is preferred.
