Base Salary
$160k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, debug, and optimize high-performance RESTful Web APIs using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 8.
- Support existing applications written in legacy .NET Framework codebases.
- Write and optimize complex raw SQL queries in MySQL and manage multi-tenant database architectures.
- Build and consume RESTful endpoints, process JSON payloads, and manage webhook events for third-party integrations.
- Implement OAuth 2.0 authentication and secure external API communications.
- Use Visual Studio, Git with Azure DevOps, Docker, and AWS or GCP cloud-hosted environments for development and deployment.
Requirements
- Strong backend development skills with C#, .NET 8, and ASP.NET Core.
- Familiarity supporting legacy .NET Framework codebases.
- Excellent proficiency writing, debugging, and optimizing raw MySQL and hand-crafted SQL queries without ORMs.
- Experience with multi-tenant database designs, tenant isolation strategies, and efficient connection handling.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful endpoints, processing JSON payloads, and managing webhook events.
- Understanding of OAuth 2.0, token management, and authentication for external API communication.
- Proficiency with Visual Studio and hands-on Git experience, including environments such as Azure DevOps.
- Experience using Docker and familiarity with cloud-hosted environments such as AWS or GCP.
- Exposure to Java backend technologies and experience with React and TypeScript are preferred.
Benefits
- The Sunnyvale, California position lists a base salary range of $160,000.00 to $240,000.00; ranges may differ by state.
