Base Salary
$115k - $186k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle for Navify Lab Operations middleware across multiple concurrent projects.
- Collect and analyze clinical data and configure Laboratory Analytics and Laboratory Automation modules.
- Configure laboratory parameters, reference ranges, analytical measurement ranges, result modifications, and delta checks.
- Design quality-control protocols, automated validation criteria, and customer-specific laboratory rules.
- Plan laboratory robotics and digital workflows with customers, including sample routing, aliquoting, and automated storage and retrieval.
- Conduct dry testing with simulation tools and wet testing with live samples to validate system configurations.
- Provide on-site or remote go-live support, monitor system performance, and resolve technical issues.
- Manage customer expectations and provide weekly progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Design transition processes for customers migrating from legacy products to Navify Lab Operations.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, troubleshooting, and simulation support to internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Medical Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Three years of experience as a Computer Engineer, Systems Engineer, or in a related position in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Three years of experience with healthcare integration standards such as ASTM, HL7, IHE, DICOM, HIPAA, or ADT.
- Three years of experience with XML, XSLT, and CSV file parsing.
- Three years of experience with laboratory instrumentation and testing.
- Three years of experience with LIS and laboratory IT processes and workflows.
