Responsibilities

Develop, document, and execute manual and automated test cases against software requirements.
Validate requirements and user stories, ensuring test coverage and traceability.
Identify, document, track, and validate defects using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Create and maintain automated test scripts and regression test suites.
Perform Section 508 and accessibility compliance testing using accessibility evaluation tools.
Support performance, integration, and system testing activities.
Generate test reports and communicate testing status, findings, and risks.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to QA process and automation improvements.

At least three years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or related roles.
Experience developing and executing manual and automated test cases.
Familiarity with Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar test automation tools.
Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for test management, defect tracking, and sprint workflows.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
Experience performing Section 508 and accessibility compliance testing.
Experience collaborating with developers, business analysts, and project managers.
Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred experience supporting U.S. federal IT systems or modernization programs.
Preferred familiarity with JMeter, CI/CD test integration, and testing data-driven or cloud-hosted applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
