Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and software design needs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain MuleSoft software solutions.
- Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases for software validation.
- Automate software validation processes and ensure code is error-free.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend performance improvements.
- Analyze software requirements and collaborate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and project managers.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate daily project progress and ensure code submissions follow project and account standards.
- Gather client clarifications, provide customer support, collect feedback, and support timely delivery.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, MIS reporting, and required skill-upgrading certifications.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with MuleSoft Development.
- Ability to design, code, test, debug, and maintain software applications.
- Experience analyzing requirements, software flows, data usage, system issues, and operational feasibility.
- Ability to develop automated validation processes and execute software test scenarios.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation and project reports.
- Strong client communication, customer-service, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, learn new programming languages, and complete relevant certifications.
