Base Salary

$191k - $253k/yr

Responsibilities

Define and influence the direction of a small team within the Command and Control Software organization.
Prototype and deploy algorithms for global and local path planning and multi-agent coordination.
Develop high-performance software for real-time command and control systems.
Design and implement planners and decision-making systems for optimal route generation.
Analyze system performance using simulations and statistical techniques.
Customize algorithms for mission-critical use cases to drive customer success.
Integrate path planning technologies into the command and control software stack.
Translate technical progress into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Proficiency in algorithm design, software development, and mathematical modeling with C/C++, Python, and Matlab.
Strong knowledge of path planning techniques such as A*, RRT, and PRM.
Experience in guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) and trajectory optimization.
Solid understanding of applied mathematics, including linear algebra and optimization.
Knowledge of vehicle dynamics and control theory for autonomous platforms.
Familiarity with handling large-scale geospatial data within distributed architectures.
Background in machine learning for planning and decision-making.
Ability to engineer robust systems for planning under uncertainty.
Demonstrated ability to work across development lifecycles.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
