Base Salary
$121k - $151k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise customers and partners on Box platform solutions, application architecture, content migrations, custom document vaults, and CRM integrations.
- Design, develop, and deliver differentiated and repeatable technical solutions using Box configurations and APIs, SaaS technologies, integration technologies, and partner tools.
- Create project scopes, statements of work, technical specifications, and business requirements for customer engagements.
- Lead pre-sales scoping and support Sales and field teams in understanding customer needs, positioning solutions, and achieving bookings and revenue targets.
- Present complex technical solutions to executives, developers, IT architects, and business stakeholders.
- Forecast capacity and collaborate with Solutions Consultants, Sales, and Customer Success on go-to-market execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
- Expertise in cloud solution architecture and system design, including APIs, infrastructure, middleware, scale limits, and rate limits.
- Experience with one or more of Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, .NET, or Visualforce.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead customer-facing technical discussions.
- Expertise in enterprise content management systems and cloud migrations is preferred.
- A driver's license may be required for client-site visits.
