Base Salary
$121k - $151k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and design complex technical solutions using Box configurations and APIs, SaaS technologies, integration technologies, and partner tools.
- Advise customers on custom document vaults, large-scale content migrations, and Box integrations with CRM systems.
- Lead pre-sales scoping and deliver repeatable technical solutions and industry playbooks.
- Develop project scopes, statements of work, technical specifications, and business requirements for customer engagements.
- Present technical solutions to executives, business managers, developers, and IT architects.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, partners, and field teams to support customer outcomes, bookings, and revenue targets.
- Forecast capacity and own the development and delivery of differentiated custom solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
- Expertise in architecture and system design for cloud solutions, including APIs, infrastructure, middleware, scale limits, and rate limits.
- Experience with one or more of Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, .NET, or Visualforce.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and industry solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to lead technical delivery, pre-sales scoping, repeatable solution development, and customer engagements.
- A driver's license may be required for client-site visits.
- Preferred: expertise in enterprise content management systems and cloud migrations.
