Responsibilities
- Design and implement semantic search, RAG systems, and enterprise context graphs powering intelligent agentic workflows.
- Lead technical design for enterprise knowledge graph solutions integrating foundation models and ML systems with scalable data infrastructure.
- Build observability with OpenTelemetry, including distributed tracing, structured logging, and metrics across agentic systems.
- Mentor engineers, drive code quality and development best practices, and contribute to continuous delivery and platform improvement.
- Use AI-driven development tools such as Claude and Cursor while maintaining architectural integrity and performance standards.
- Troubleshoot complex incidents involving team-developed solutions and participate in an on-call support rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent software development experience for exceptional candidates.
- At least five years of software development experience involving distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, or data-intensive applications.
- Proficiency in C#, Go, Python, and Java.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and messaging technologies such as Kafka or NATS.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Ability to debug complex issues, work independently, drive projects to completion, and learn emerging technologies.
- Preferred experience with embeddings, Pinecone, S3 Vector, RAG systems, Neo4j, Neptune, enterprise context graphs, agentic AI systems, OpenTelemetry, Claude, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants.
