Responsibilities

Design and implement semantic search, RAG systems, and enterprise context graphs powering intelligent agentic workflows.
Lead technical design for enterprise knowledge graph solutions integrating foundation models and ML systems with scalable data infrastructure.
Build observability with OpenTelemetry, including distributed tracing, structured logging, and metrics across agentic systems.
Mentor engineers, drive code quality and development best practices, and contribute to continuous delivery and platform improvement.
Use AI-driven development tools such as Claude and Cursor while maintaining architectural integrity and performance standards.
Troubleshoot complex incidents involving team-developed solutions and participate in an on-call support rotation.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent software development experience for exceptional candidates.
At least five years of software development experience involving distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, or data-intensive applications.
Proficiency in C#, Go, Python, and Java.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and messaging technologies such as Kafka or NATS.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and relational or NoSQL databases.
Ability to debug complex issues, work independently, drive projects to completion, and learn emerging technologies.
Preferred experience with embeddings, Pinecone, S3 Vector, RAG systems, Neo4j, Neptune, enterprise context graphs, agentic AI systems, OpenTelemetry, Claude, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants.
