Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into IBM Maximo-based solutions.
- Design, develop, configure, customize, deploy, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Build and support enterprise integrations using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework.
- Enhance Maximo with configurations, workflows, automation scripts, MBO customizations, and BIRT reports.
- Troubleshoot issues across applications, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
- Create validation documents and test plans, execute test cases, and ensure solution quality.
- Maintain design specifications, system documentation, and user guides.
- Mentor teammates and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
- Support integrations with BigQuery and reporting tools such as Tableau, and assist with AVEVA PI content creation and troubleshooting when needed.
Requirements
- Extensive experience implementing, configuring, and customizing IBM Maximo.
- Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, Application Designer, workflows, schemas, and integration frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations.
- Experience building complex BIRT reports and implementing workflow processes.
- Experience with REST/JSON integrations across enterprise systems.
- Understanding of database systems, especially DB2, and HTML.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 8–12 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 5–7 years of equivalent industry experience, or a PhD with 2–4 years of experience.
- Preferred experience with Maximo Scheduler, Work Centers, or MAS 9+.
- Preferred familiarity with GxP regulations and validation requirements, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.
- Preferred understanding of OpenShift, DevOps practices, cloud-native technologies, SSO, SAML, and OAuth.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
