Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage complex Linux server and enterprise infrastructure projects.
- Lead system hardening, security, and compliance initiatives across Linux environments.
- Build and optimize automation and delivery pipelines using Ansible, Azure DevOps, Packer, Python, and YAML.
- Implement cloud architecture solutions that integrate on-premises and legacy mainframe systems with modern cloud platforms.
- Refactor legacy applications and integrate them with modern cloud and mobile applications.
- Mentor team members, share technical knowledge, lead technical projects, and present strategies to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience planning, implementing, and managing complex Linux server environments and enterprise infrastructure.
- Expertise with Ansible Automation, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Packer, Python, and YAML for automated deployments and infrastructure management.
- Demonstrated experience leading system hardening, applying security best practices, and driving compliance initiatives.
- Strong functional knowledge of cloud solutions, cloud architecture, and integration of legacy systems with modern cloud platforms.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Preferred certifications include Red Hat RHCSA, RHCE, RHCA EX467, Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer Expert AZ-400, and Microsoft Azure Architect certifications AZ-304 or AZ-305.
- Preferred experience includes mentoring engineering team members, fostering knowledge sharing, and leading end-to-end technical project execution.
