Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Go-based data pipelines from event ingestion through reliable growth reporting
- Audit, improve, replace, or retire underperforming and redundant martech integrations
- Architect and ship experimentation infrastructure for accurate A/B testing and measurement
- Deliver full-stack growth features in Go and TypeScript from backend services through frontend implementation
- Build production ML systems for personalization, predictive modeling, and experiment analysis
- Review experiment designs and code while raising engineering quality and standards
- Use AI tools daily to improve individual output and team practices
- Set technical direction and make high-stakes architecture decisions with substantial autonomy
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience spanning full-stack development, data and analytics infrastructure, and martech systems
- Production-level expertise in Golang and TypeScript
- Experience designing and operating reliable analytics and data pipelines in production
- Hands-on experience building and shipping ML systems to production
- Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment, including refactor-versus-rewrite trade-offs
- Daily experience with AI-assisted development tools
- Experience setting technical direction for a growth or data team under ambiguity and limited oversight
- Prior marketplace, fintech, or consumer product experience with meaningful user scale is a plus
- Familiarity with prediction markets, financial products, or real-time data systems is a plus
- People management experience is a plus but not required
