Base Salary

$281k - $356k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop Simulator's architecture improvements and frameworks that maximize performance and compute utilization.
Evolve compute usage of simulation to enable continued scaling in data centers.
Collaborate with evaluation and infrastructure teams to identify and improve compute performance bottlenecks.
Design, build, and optimize the simulator for high throughput and compute utilization.
Develop high scale performance evaluation, debugging, and software change management processes.
Optimize system resource usage to minimize CPU utilization and latency.

BS/MS in Comp Sci, EE, Robotics, Physics, Math, or related field.
Proven track record of setting technical vision and delivering impactful data projects.
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical designs to diverse stakeholders.
6+ years experience on large scale or high complexity systems.
Solid software management experience in infrastructure/systems/performance domain.
Extensive experience as a technical lead in performance/software infrastructure domain.
Proficient in C++.
