Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, Product Management, and Engineering.
- Resolve technical glitches and support the release of fixes.
- Provide end-to-end solutions and design details.
- Drive discussions to improve products, processes, and technology.
- Lead development of formalized solution methodologies.
- Mentor junior developers.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of industry experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ReactJS.
- Proficiency in ExpressJS and Redux.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and workarounds.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Passion for working in a startup-like environment.
