Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance front-end applications using React or Angular.
- Own UI architecture, component design, state management, scalability, and maintainability.
- Build real-time and data-intensive interfaces with efficient rendering and responsive user experiences.
- Consume APIs and event-driven or streaming data sources while integrating with backend systems.
- Apply clean-code, testing, documentation, refactoring, and code-review practices.
- Collaborate with backend, production, infrastructure, QA, and business teams.
- Provide front-end technical guidance, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Front-End Developer on complex web applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in either React or Angular.
- Solid understanding of front-end architecture and design patterns.
- Experience building scalable and maintainable UI platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and user experience in real-time environments.
- Ability to work in demanding Front Office, Risk, data-intensive, or analytical environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with real-time communication patterns, data grids, performance profiling, testing frameworks, or Front Office and Risk systems is valued but not restrictive.
- Mentoring or technical leadership experience is valued.
