Base Salary
$160k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to backend systems for AI agents, including data pipelines and integrations.
- Develop features for the AI assistant, such as charts and alerts in Slack.
- Implement log visualization tools to enhance agent behavior visibility.
- Add time-based knowledge updates from external sources.
- Enhance conversation awareness for agents to remember context across sessions.
Requirements
- Graduated or recently graduated with a CS degree or equivalent.
- Experience through internships or significant projects involving production-quality code.
- Ability to independently approach problems and find solutions.
- Preference for shipping features over perfection while maintaining quality.
- Desire to take on real responsibilities in a startup environment.
