Technical Architect - Keynote Demos

Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end demo environments across Salesforce clouds and integrated third-party systems.
- Architect multi-product demo flows and create Salesforce demo organizations, Slack workspaces, data models, personas, and integrations.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, declarative automation, and front-end web technologies.
- Build real-product implementations, prototypes, scripted interactions, and browser-extension workarounds when needed.
- Own keynote technical readiness, including rehearsals, code freezes, environment locks, live support, and stability across presentation devices.
- Create setup guides, clickpath documentation, driving guides, and speaker preparation materials.
- Provide technical coaching during rehearsals and optimize demos for large-venue displays and multiple devices.
- Collaborate with product marketing, designers, developers, product engineering, production, localization, and Salesforce leadership.
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce features, make architecture decisions, maintain proof-pattern libraries, and improve demo stability and build efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform in development, administration, or solution architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative automation.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with organization setup, configuration, data modeling, and environment management for complex demos or proofs of concept.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and connected-system architectures.
- Ability to work under extreme time pressure and deliver reliably for high-stakes live events.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with marketing, design, executives, and other non-technical partners.
- Willingness to travel at least 33% domestically and internationally and work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Preferred experience includes large-audience live demonstrations, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, Agentforce and AI-agent architectures, Slack platform development, Tableau integration, Data Cloud or CDP platforms, scripting and automation tools, storytelling or presentation design, Salesforce certifications, Git/GitHub workflows, mobile device management, and creative or production environments.
