Responsibilities
- Build and ship backend features in Java/Spring.
- Work with AI coding tools as a daily part of development.
- Write automated tests and participate in code reviews.
- Navigate and manage an existing codebase effectively.
- Take increasing ownership of features as trust is built.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers to develop critical thinking.
Requirements
- Solid foundation in backend engineering with Java, Spring, REST APIs, and SQL.
- Genuine curiosity and active use of AI coding tools.
- Evidence of projects built and shipped, regardless of scope.
- Growth mindset to handle ambiguity and complex codebases.
- Good collaboration instincts and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
