Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own sales workflow automations such as book carving, ROE automation, signal detection, and pipeline automation.
- Partner with sales leadership to translate business needs into automation requirements and iterate based on feedback.
- Build tooling that surfaces relevant customer context for GSMs before QBRs, during renewals, and ahead of expansion conversations.
- Extend Clay into new use cases, dogfood new features, and advocate for Clay infrastructure and GTM Engineering practices.
- Work with GTM leaders and frontline teams to understand current revenue workflows and identify breakdowns.
- Own projects end-to-end from discovery and prototyping through rollout, adoption, and iteration.
- Identify opportunities to automate, augment, or redesign workflows using AI, data, and systems design.
- Connect systems through APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation layers to improve information flow.
- Measure performance, adoption, and business impact, then continuously improve delivered systems.
- Serve as an internal thought partner on the future of AI-native GTM systems.
Requirements
- At least 6–10 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Engineering, or a similar applied technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, GTM Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Experience building, developing, or connecting Salesforce and adjacent go-to-market systems, with hands-on sales tooling experience.
- Ability to build and solve problems using Python, JavaScript, SQL, or TypeScript.
- Track record of deploying AI-powered internal tools, automations, or agentic workflows.
- Experience with data warehouses, business intelligence tools, or event-driven systems.
- Ability to communicate technical topics clearly with nontechnical stakeholders and business requirements to technical audiences.
- Ability to operate effectively and drive change in ambiguous, fluid, hypergrowth environments.
- Clay experience as a primary workflow or enrichment layer is highly preferred but not required.
- Experience in analytics engineering, data science, or additional programming languages is a bonus.
