Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own core sales workflow automations like book carving and pipeline automation.
- Partner with sales leadership to translate business needs into automation requirements.
- Develop tooling that provides customer context for sales team members at critical moments.
- Extend Clay's platform into new use cases and provide feedback to the product team.
- Understand current revenue motions and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage projects from discovery through rollout and iteration.
- Design systems that enhance speed, visibility, and data quality across the sales funnel.
- Measure performance and business impact of built systems and improve them over time.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
- At least 3 years in RevOps/Sales Ops or GTM Engineering.
- Experience with core systems like Salesforce and sales tooling.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or TypeScript for building solutions.
- Experience deploying AI-powered internal tools and automations.
- Familiarity with data warehouses, BI tools, or event-driven systems.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Experience in analytics engineering or data science is a plus.
