Base Salary
$110k - $124k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate business priorities into shipped features in collaboration with teams across the organization.
- Generate clean, efficient, well-documented, performant, scalable, and maintainable software.
- Design and develop well-structured, easy-to-consume APIs.
- Implement unit and integration tests to maintain high code coverage.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability while resolving technical challenges.
- Contribute to engineering innovation, technology adoption, and quality.
- Collaborate with product, UX, platform engineers, and customers to deliver strong product experiences.
Requirements
- BA/BS in a computer-science-related discipline or equivalent experience is required.
- Proficiency in Java, C++, and C# or equivalent programming languages is required.
- Experience working across the frontend and backend stack and shipping features end-to-end.
- Experience working with customers to improve product experiences.
- Experience with AI-driven UX, agents, and workflow automation; direct machine-learning experience is not required.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, GraphQL APIs, event-driven architecture, Kafka, and ElasticSearch/OpenSearch is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environment and turn rapid iteration into customer impact.
