Base Salary
$130k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across the organization to translate business priorities into shipped features that deliver customer success.
- Generate clean, efficient, well-documented software following industry best practices.
- Write robust, performant, and well-crafted code.
- Design and develop well-structured, easy-to-consume APIs.
- Implement unit and integration tests to improve and maintain high code coverage.
- Deliver quality, scalable, and maintainable software to customers at a rapid pace.
- Contribute to engineering innovation, technology adoption, and quality.
Requirements
- Experience working with customers to improve product experiences.
- Experience across the frontend and backend with the ability to ship features end-to-end.
- Experience building AI-driven user experiences, agents, and workflow automation; direct machine learning experience is not required.
- A BA/BS in a computer-science-related discipline or equivalent experience is required.
- Proficiency in Java, C++, and C# or equivalent programming languages is required.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred working knowledge of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, SQL, GraphQL APIs, event-driven architecture, Kafka, and ElasticSearch/OpenSearch.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environment and turn rapid iteration into customer impact.
