Base Salary
$150k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reliable, scalable, and performant full-stack systems end to end.
- Architect and scale the data infrastructure and backend services powering Lightfield’s AI-driven CRM.
- Design and optimize data models for CRM workflows, customer interactions, and AI-driven insights.
- Develop observability and metrics for smooth operation, proactive issue detection, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to ramp quickly on TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Interest in Large Language Models and systems that support and leverage them.
- Ability to independently drive projects in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
- Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
