Base Salary
$150k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Architect and scale the data infrastructure and backend services for the AI-driven CRM.
- Design and optimize data models to support CRM workflows and AI-driven insights.
- Develop observability and metrics for smooth operation and proactive issue detection.
Requirements
- Excited about Large Language Models and building supporting systems.
- Ability to quickly ramp up on a tech stack including TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering with a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Thrives in ambiguity and can independently drive projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear communicator, able to articulate technical decisions to various stakeholders.
- Passionate about building intuitive and intelligent products.
