Base Salary

$150k - $170k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain reliable, scalable, and performant full-stack systems end to end.
  • Architect and scale the data infrastructure and backend services powering Lightfield’s AI-driven CRM.
  • Design and optimize data models for CRM workflows, customer interactions, and AI-driven insights.
  • Develop observability and metrics for smooth operation, proactive issue detection, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals.
  • Ability to ramp quickly on TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Interest in Large Language Models and systems that support and leverage them.
  • Ability to independently drive projects in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
  • Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
