Responsibilities
- Own features end to end on systems that move real money for millions of customers.
- Deeply understand the banking domain to question and refine what is built.
- Drive your own priorities within a cross-functional team.
- Proactively raise problems with proposed solutions.
- Ship incremental improvements and share findings during Get Stuff Done Days.
Requirements
- Solid grasp of microservice architecture.
- Comfortable with relational databases, preferably Postgres.
- Experience operating in a modern cloud environment, ideally AWS and Kubernetes.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Experience with event-driven systems using Kafka is a plus.
- Banking or fintech domain experience is a nice to have.
