Responsibilities
- Identify high-leverage opportunities for AI across Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
- Build internal tools and AI agents end-to-end using Taktile’s SaaS stack and employee workflows.
- Integrate SaaS systems and APIs to improve internal productivity.
- Drive adoption through workshops, pairing, and office hours, measuring active usage and time saved.
- Partner with Security and IT to establish guardrails, access scoping, and audit trails for customer data.
- Monitor the evolving AI landscape and introduce valuable models and tools to the business.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience shipping production Python in cloud-native environments.
- Practical production experience with LLM agents, tool use, prompt engineering, MCP, and evaluations.
- Hands-on experience integrating SaaS APIs using REST, webhooks, and OAuth.
- A pragmatic approach focused on tangible user adoption rather than complex architecture.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Preferred experience includes internal tools, Developer Experience, platform engineering, technical enablement, unstructured data, AI governance in regulated industries, workshops, or pair programming.
