Responsibilities
- Identify high-leverage workflows across teams to integrate AI solutions.
- Build internal tools and agents that connect Taktile's SaaS stack to daily workflows.
- Evolve AI architecture based on internal customer needs and measurable improvements.
- Drive adoption of AI tools through workshops and hands-on sessions.
- Partner with Security and IT to ensure governance and data protection.
- Stay updated on new AI tools and models to bring innovative solutions to the business.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems.
- Production-grade coding ability in Python within a cloud-native environment.
- Hands-on experience with modern LLM tooling and AI frameworks.
- Strong SaaS API integration experience, including REST and webhooks.
- Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
