Base Salary
$145k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise senior business stakeholders on HR technology enhancements and Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Own Oracle HCM solution architecture and act as the subject matter expert for scalability, technical debt, and enterprise standards.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and application solutions.
- Lead complex proof-of-concepts and produce comprehensive solution and configuration documentation.
- Partner with functional consultants and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Diagnose complex multi-platform technical problems and recommend impactful solutions.
- Provide strategic oversight throughout delivery to ensure solutions meet requirements and standards.
- Monitor Oracle HCM Cloud releases and identify opportunities for technology improvements.
- Build strategic relationships across the organization and drive consensus among stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience implementing or configuring Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Significant experience with Oracle HCM Core HR, onboarding, Talent Acquisition, and AI Agent Studio.
- Expert-level proficiency with Visual Builder Studio, HSDL, HDL, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience configuring and building highly scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Extensive software development lifecycle experience and understanding of the product management model.
- Experience identifying system dependencies and troubleshooting complex enterprise-level technical issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, stakeholder influence, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting demands and deliver in complex, ambiguous environments.
- Preferred: experience with system implementations and ServiceNow integrations.
- Preferred: knowledge of HR technology ecosystems and integrations with third-party Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and Finance systems.
- Preferred: experience with JIRA, Lucidchart, project management tools, Agile delivery methodologies, and AI development or solutioning.
