Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable Java microservices for the crypto exchange platform.
- Lead code reviews and drive best practices for high-quality, maintainable code.
- Own end-to-end product development from requirements through production issue resolution.
- Design scalable systems and optimize system architecture.
- Mentor teams and help drive successful project delivery.
- Contribute to product innovation and business growth.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of Java development experience.
- Expertise in microservices and distributed systems.
- Strong skills in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL or MySQL, Kafka, and MongoDB.
- Experience with system design, scalability, and cloud platforms including AWS or GCP.
- Leadership experience mentoring teams and driving successful project delivery.
- Passion for blockchain and crypto technologies.
