Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable Java microservices for the crypto exchange platform.
- Lead code reviews and drive best practices for high-quality, maintainable code.
- Own end-to-end product development from requirements through production issue resolution.
- Drive innovation, shape the product roadmap, and contribute to company growth.
- Mentor teams and help drive successful project delivery.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Java development experience with expertise in microservices and distributed systems.
- Strong skills in Spring Boot, databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL, Kafka, and MongoDB.
- Experience with system design, scalability, and cloud platforms including AWS and GCP.
- Leadership experience mentoring teams and driving successful project delivery.
- Passion for blockchain and crypto technologies.
