Responsibilities
- Provide consultation, scalable solutions, and technical troubleshooting for partner issues.
- Support client adoption of new products through upgrades and migrations.
- Provide technical guidance and documentation for new and ongoing client integrations.
- Present technical materials to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Analyze and optimize existing client implementations using Google products.
- Lead or coordinate cross-functional technical execution with Engineering, Sales, and Product Management.
- Provide client feedback on product features and technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Three years of experience in project management, web technologies, and data analysis.
- Fluent English communication skills for regional client relationship management.
- Preferred coding experience in Python, C++, or Java.
- Preferred familiarity with SQL/MySQL and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands.
- Strong technical presentation, business communication, problem-solving, investigative, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Hebrew fluency is preferred for regional client relationship management.
