Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve escalated Header Bidding cases end to end by diagnosing data, fixing configurations, and quantifying uplift.
- Analyze publisher health KPIs and identify recurring optimization opportunities involving presets, ad sizes, blocking rules, and floors.
- Debug live publisher pages using browser DevTools, including DOM inspection, bid request and response tracing, console errors, and timing analysis.
- Explain technical findings, recommended changes, and business value to Account Managers, publishers, Sales, and other stakeholders.
- Join client pitch calls as a technical expert and help clients understand the technical requirements for working with Taboola.
- Use SQL, Salesforce, Grafana, Tableau, and AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Algorithms to improve individual publisher performance and the bidder overall.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in ad-tech, programmatic, publisher operations, solutions engineering, or another technical customer-facing role.
- Strong SQL skills, including tracing metric changes to root causes and validating queries for double counting.
- Experience debugging live publisher pages with browser DevTools and analyzing the DOM, Network tab, console errors, and timing.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for reading page source, locating rendered ad units or widgets, and adjusting widget styling.
- Ability to explain technical findings and business impact clearly to Account Managers and publishers.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Hands-on knowledge of Header Bidding, Prebid, and RTB is preferred, including bid requests and responses, floors, ad sizes, timeouts, and SSP behavior.
- Experience reading Prebid.js configurations or wrapper code is preferred.
- Experience building dashboards or internal tools for non-technical users, running training programs, or using AI-assisted workflows and building agents is a plus.
