Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack solutions from web UI through application services.
- Transform business requirements and research into performant delivery solutions.
- Build enhancements and custom components, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality code.
- Perform systems administration, including monitoring, configuration, backups, authentication, and tuning.
- Support testing cycles, post-production deployments, incident management, state-of-health monitoring, and SLA targets.
- Conduct peer code reviews and complete unit and integration testing.
- Contribute to project plans, estimates, scope assessments, risk and cost analyses, and status updates.
- Ensure applications follow standard security practices and are free of common coding vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members, clients, partners, and project teams.
- Develop understanding of market risk management and banking processes, including interest-rate derivatives technology.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on C# programming experience.
- An undergraduate degree or technical certificate, with relevant experience and knowledge also considered.
- Web UI knowledge or experience.
- Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSRS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline fundamentals and Git.
- Readiness to resolve highly complex development issues independently as a senior or lead developer and subject matter expert.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, take initiative, manage time, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Interest-rate derivative technology experience and knowledge are strong assets.
- Azure or Google Cloud knowledge, middleware exposure such as MQ or caching, multi-server cloud infrastructure experience, financial experience, and UI/UX skills are beneficial.
