Base Salary
$200k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and ship production systems for AI-powered investigative products.
- Improve agent reliability through testing and evaluations.
- Design backend systems for safe and reliable operation of AI products.
- Own high-impact technical problems end to end.
- Influence architecture across teams and serve as a technical leader.
Requirements
- Strong backend/software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience shipping production code and customer-facing products at scale.
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI systems, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, databases, and backend systems.
- Strong collaboration, ownership, and communication skills.
