Responsibilities
- Support senior architects in designing end-to-end technology solutions.
- Liaise with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to understand requirements.
- Participate in technical discovery sessions, workshops, and client meetings.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs.
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution proposals.
- Research technologies and provide recommendations based on project requirements.
- Support technical assessments, estimates, and solution planning.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and integration requirements.
- Work with engineering, cloud, security, and DevOps teams throughout project delivery.
- Support senior architects in presenting technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in a software development, engineering, infrastructure, or technical role.
- Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and application development.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, and modern development practices.
- Understanding of at least one programming language such as Ruby, Java, Python, Node.js, or .NET.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Client-facing or consulting experience is desirable.
- Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io is desirable.
- Exposure to Terraform, Kubernetes, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or API gateways is desirable.
- Understanding of security, networking, scalability, and system performance is desirable.
- Cloud or architecture certifications are desirable.
