Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions for large enterprise organizations.
- Lead enterprise migrations from on-premises SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online using ShareGate, AvePoint, and PnP PowerShell.
- Build intranet, extranet, collaboration, workflow, document management, and business-critical applications.
- Develop Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Forms solutions integrated with SharePoint.
- Create custom SharePoint web parts, API-driven applications, document workflows, and business process automation.
- Administer SharePoint Online, including site provisioning, governance, and environment configuration with PowerShell.
- Integrate SQL Server databases and back-end services with SharePoint, including stored procedures and data migration.
- Support monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, and technical and architectural improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 developers.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience as a Microsoft 365/SharePoint Developer and Administrator.
- Strong expertise with SharePoint 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, and SharePoint Online, including administration, development, and migration.
- Experience with SharePoint Online governance, site provisioning, and PowerShell-based environment configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Forms.
- Experience developing workflows with Power Automate, Nintex, K2, and SharePoint Designer.
- Strong development skills in .NET, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and WCF services.
- SQL Server development experience, including SSRS reporting and Power BI.
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 migration tools including ShareGate, AvePoint, and PnP PowerShell.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and administration, including user and tenant administration, compliance policies, DLP, Conditional Access, and identity-based controls.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 or PL-400 are desirable.
- Experience with SharePoint and InfoPath document management and auditing systems is desirable.
- Experience with K2 SmartForms, Nintex workflow automation, .NET cloud application development, Microsoft Azure, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Active Directory integration is desirable.
- A BSc or MSc degree in IT is desirable.
