Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain high-quality manual and automated QA test plans.
- Create manual test cases and traceability matrices in Jira with Zephyr.
- Develop, execute, and maintain E2E test automation frameworks using Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright with BDD and Cucumber.
- Design and execute manual and automated RESTful API tests using Postman, including collections, scripts, and environments.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and architecture teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.
- Report, document, and track defects and incidents in Jira through resolution.
- Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines.
- Document QA strategies, results, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable professional experience as a Tester or QA Fullstack professional performing manual and automated testing.
- Strong experience managing manual tests and defects with Jira and Zephyr.
- Experience automating UI/E2E tests with Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright using JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Practical experience with BDD using Cucumber, including writing features and scenarios in Gherkin.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API testing with Postman, including variables, pre-request scripts, and automated tests.
- Solid understanding of web architecture, microservices, and API consumption.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Basic knowledge of integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial services, payment processing, or Fintech is preferred.
