Responsibilities
- Design and document test procedures, objectives, environments, installations, upgrades, and configurations.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated API, UI, system, integration, backend, and performance tests.
- Conduct performance benchmarking, scalability testing, and stress testing.
- Develop and support quality tools using PowerShell and Python.
- Debug and refactor automation scripts, optimize test suites, and improve test stability.
- Collaborate with software developers, quality engineers, project managers, and US and MXC development centers.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuously improve testing processes.
- Ensure testing strategies align with technical specifications and evolving product objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- 4–8 years of experience validating complex software testing projects.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills and experience developing testing strategies.
- Understanding of deployment infrastructures, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms including PaaS and SaaS.
- Experience debugging, refactoring, and improving automation frameworks.
- Ability to perform both automated and manual testing using frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, and PyTest.
- Proficiency in Python or Java and familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices, including Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience with SaaS performance testing, AWS, Azure, data science, or artificial intelligence is preferred.
